and Divine Legion reaffirm Alliance Our friends in the Divine Legion called upon us this evening to help them defend Deceit while they performed a ceremony deep within the dungeon. We gathered at the DL tower to prepare the defense. Here KGB is pictured in white and DL in purple.
We stood guard on level 3 right by the teleporter, with the majority of our force hidden here. GC had gotten wind of our gathering, and had grouped their own force on level 2. A counselor showed up to survey the scene, and was told that he would not be permitted to interrupt the ceremony.
The ceremony was concluded, and KGB heading upstairs to fight GC. Here we have an old fashioned standoff, as 20 KGB/DLwait on one side of the hallway and 20 GC/WC wait on the other
However, at this time the SLA showed up at the Entrance of Deceit. GC rushed upstairs to try and escape and KGB pursued them. All three sides met in the hallway at the entrance and absolute pandemonium ensued.
Most of the GC were killed, as both sides converged on them. This shot really doesn't do the crowd here justice. At least 40 people had to be in this little hallway...
Our mission accomplished, we tried to exit through the crowds. This felt pretty much like UO's version of Mardi Gras.
Outside, another 20 people were gathered...
