KGB Builds a new City

In a bold move.  KGB claimed a huge portion of the Ice Isle.  This brings about the consolidation of all KGB resources and personnel.   KGB's mission of the liberation of Deciet has become #1 priority.    This also means the consolidation of the KGB Military with the Marshals and Paladins.   At last KGB has staked its claim.  The City has yet to be named.
