GuildMaster Assumes Control of KGB Pacific
PGC to be reformed to combat Evil

 ( Pacific ) With the transition of power complete, I am pleased to report I now am back in complete control of the KGB Guild on Pacific. I have also exercised my right to reform the PGC and am happy to report that things are going smoothly. I expect to have the PGC command structure in place and PGC as a organized fighting force by Friday. The official PGC website will be online by Monday, February 7th at 11:59pm.

I know many of you have questions about PGC policy and how closely it will follow KGB's code. The PGC constitution is the same one used by previous incarnations of the PGC and will be strictly followed. This will be available tonight on the PGC website at http://w3.the-kgb.com/pgc .

At this time the PGC's goal is the domination of the Evil guilds we feel are detrimental to the overall atmosphere on Pacific. In recent times, Pacific shard has become the arm pit of shards with Anarchy and Immature Disrespect prevailing. We are not targeting "Evil" per say. In fact it is the Role Playing environment that we wish to return. Guilds such as TBH, OPP and CH are what I feel personify this Quake style meaningless playing style.

For example, last night combined forces of the TBH, OPP and CH axis dressed up as Klu Klux Clan members and came to the KGB tower with torches, and bragging about how they were the KKK. This kind of play disgusts me, and I assure you all, I will not rest until this type of disrespect and lameness are vanquished. Racism has no place in UO.

KGB's discipline slipped with a lack of leadership on Pacific. I am working day and night to correct the wrongs commited in my absence, and am closely watching the membership to weed out the "Bad Apples". But do understand, I will give those that feel the same way I do about our enemies a chance to prove their Honor and desire to place those that would ruin the game for others in check.

As you can imagine coordinating a coalition of this size is difficult. Please bare with me in this transitional phase. I will attempt to answer all of your questions as I can.
