Quietly, The Imperium triples it's territory

It is clear that the Imperials are using the current activity with the KGB to hide that fact that they have almost tripled their claimed land.   The Imperials made no public announcement about this.  How long will neutral parties stand by as the Imperials spread like a disease across the mainland.
