Imperium Peace Process Still Alive
Imp's Toulon Hess agrees to replace slain Wyrm

(Seige Perilous - The Swamp) Senior Emissary Toulon Hess of the Imperium has granted Ss'xxx's request for a new dragon after it was killed by the renegade Sir Morder. Toulon asked Imperium Tamer Blood Rose if she should obtain a dragon for Ss'xx and Rose agreed. Rose is famous for her attacks on the Shadow Orc Clan. The specific terms of the restitution Imperium agreed to pay is unknown.

The intervention of Toulon Hess in a timely fashion means that perhaps the Peace Process is still alive. Although Ss'xxx is not a KGB member, he was an invited guest of KGB for the hunt. Sir Morder did not attack KGB, only our guest's Wyrm.

Officially, KGB is extremely happy that high level members of Imperium's Court still want peace and have offered payment because of this incident. Unofficially, KGB is concerned over Hess's declaration that Sir Morder acted properly.
